Effective from April 2026 · Last updated 1 May 2026

These terms set out the rules for using Easyy. By signing up for the waitlist or chatting with Easyy on WhatsApp, you agree to them.

If anything here is unclear, write to us at himanshu@easyy.in and we'll explain.

1. Who can use Easyy

In short

You can use Easyy if you're 18 or above and a resident of India.

You may use Easyy only if you are:

By using Easyy, you confirm that all of the above are true. If any of them ceases to be true, you must stop using Easyy.

2. What Easyy is

In short

Easyy is a debt management service. You tell us about your situation, and we help you build a plan to clear your debt over time.

Right now we're in beta and free to use. Paid plans may come later, and if they do, we'll tell you upfront.

Easyy is a service that helps users understand their personal debt situation and build a structured plan to manage and clear that debt over time. The service operates primarily through conversations on WhatsApp.

During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future, in which case any payment terms will be communicated to you in advance and your continued use will be subject to acceptance of those terms.

The information, plans, calculations, and recommendations Easyy provides are intended to help you think clearly about your debt and make informed decisions. They are not a guarantee of any specific financial outcome.

3. What Easyy is not

Important. Please read this section carefully. It defines clearly what Easyy does not do, so you can decide whether the service is right for you.

In short

Easyy is not:

We help you understand your debt and build a realistic plan. We don't tell you which mutual fund to buy, which stock to pick, or which lender to take a loan from.

You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Easyy is not registered as an Investment Advisor under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, or under any other regulation applicable to investment advisory services in India.

(b) Easyy does not provide investment advice, securities recommendations, or research analysis, and nothing on the service constitutes a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, mutual fund, insurance product, or other financial instrument.

(c) Easyy is not a banking company, non-banking financial company, or any other kind of lender or financial institution regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not lend money, accept deposits, issue credit, or facilitate loans on behalf of any third party.

(d) Easyy is not a debt-settlement service or debt-collection agency. We do not negotiate with your creditors on your behalf, accept payments meant for your creditors, or act as an intermediary in any debt-settlement process.

(e) The information and plans provided by Easyy are not legal, tax, accounting, or specialised financial advice, and you should consult appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions that may have significant legal, tax, or financial consequences.

For any service that falls outside what Easyy provides, we encourage you to consult appropriately qualified and licensed professionals.

4. Your responsibilities

In short

The plans we give you are only as good as the information you share. So:

You agree that:

(a) Accuracy of information. You will provide accurate, complete, and current information about your financial situation, including your income, expenses, loans, and other relevant details. You understand that the quality of any plan or recommendation Easyy provides depends directly on the accuracy of the information you share.

(b) Updates. If your circumstances change in a way that materially affects the plan (for example, a change in income, a new loan, a major expense), you will let us know so we can adjust the plan.

(c) Independent decisions. You will use your own judgement and, where appropriate, advice from qualified professionals before acting on any plan or recommendation provided by Easyy. You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make, including any decisions to take on, restructure, refinance, or repay any debt.

(d) Lawful use. You will use Easyy only for lawful purposes, will not use it to facilitate any fraud or illegal activity, and will not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its underlying systems.

(e) Account security. You will not share your WhatsApp account or pretend to be someone else when using Easyy. You will inform us if you believe your account is being used by anyone other than you.

5. Our responsibilities and limits

In short

We genuinely try to give you a good plan, built carefully with your numbers and your situation in mind.

But Easyy is free, and what we provide is information to help you think, not a guarantee of outcomes and not a substitute for your own judgement. The decisions you make about your money are yours. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals before acting on any plan.

Real life is too complicated for any service to guarantee outcomes, and any service that does is being dishonest with you.

(a) Best-effort service. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a service that is useful, accurate, and grounded in your specific situation. However, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

(b) No guarantee of outcomes. We do not guarantee that following any plan or recommendation generated by Easyy will result in any specific financial outcome, including but not limited to the time required to clear your debt, the amount of interest saved, or any improvement in your credit score or financial position.

(c) Service availability. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

(d) Third-party dependencies. Some parts of the service depend on third-party providers, including WhatsApp, AI / language model providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or interruptions caused by these third parties.

(e) Educational and informational nature. The plans, calculations, recommendations, and other content provided by Easyy are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are intended to help you understand your debt situation and think through possible approaches. They are not professional financial advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision. You are expected to do your own research, verify the numbers and assumptions for your specific situation, and consult appropriately qualified and licensed professionals before acting on anything Easyy provides.

(f) No fees, no liability. During the beta period, Easyy is provided free of charge. In consideration of the service being free and being provided for informational and educational purposes, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Easyy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to any loss of profits, savings, revenue, data, goodwill, or financial position, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or any reliance you place on the information, plans, or recommendations it provides.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

6. Privacy

In short

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using Easyy you agree to that as well.

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using Easyy, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

In short

The Easyy service, brand, content, and underlying technology belong to us. The information you share belongs to you.

All intellectual property rights in the Easyy service, including the website, the WhatsApp bot, the conversation flows, the plan templates, the calculator, the brand, the logo, and any documentation we provide, are owned by Surevish Technologies Private Limited or our licensors. You retain all rights in the personal information you share with us, subject to the licence we need to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the service or any part of it without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

In short

You can stop using Easyy any time. Just stop chatting, and ask us to delete your data if you want.

We can stop providing the service to you if you misuse it. We'll tell you why if we do.

(a) Termination by you. You may stop using Easyy at any time. To request deletion of your data, write to us at himanshu@easyy.in as set out in our Privacy Policy.

(b) Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate your access to Easyy if (i) you breach these Terms, (ii) we are required to do so by law or regulation, or (iii) we discontinue the service. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you advance notice and an explanation of the reason for termination.

(c) Effect of termination. On termination, your right to use the service ends. Any clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnities, intellectual property rights, and governing law) will continue to apply.

9. Changes to these terms

In short

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you on WhatsApp if the change is significant.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.

For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you through your registered WhatsApp number or by email (if applicable) at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the service.

10. Governing law and disputes

In short

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be handled by courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

If you have a complaint, please write to us first. We'd much rather resolve it directly than go to court.
